If your flight is delayed longer than 2 hours, you’ll be contacted to confirm the new pickup time. There may be additional charges for extended delays, but this is discussed before any extra fees are applied.
For departures to the airport, we build in appropriate buffer time based on your flight schedule, departure airport, and current traffic conditions. Missing your flight due to transportation issues isn’t something you need to worry about.
Multiple stops are absolutely possible and common, especially for business travelers who need to hit several locations or wedding parties with multiple pickup points.
For hourly bookings, stops are included as long as you stay within your reserved time. For point-to-point trips, additional stops can be added for a small fee per stop, typically $25-50 depending on location and wait time.
Just let us know about multiple stops when you book so we can plan the route efficiently and give you accurate timing. Last-minute stops are usually accommodated but may affect your arrival time at your final destination.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge, typically 50% of the booking fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full amount since the vehicle and chauffeur have already been committed to your reservation. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case depending on safety conditions.
For recurring corporate bookings, we work with companies to establish more flexible cancellation terms that account for the unpredictable nature of business travel. Wedding and special event cancellations follow the same 24-hour policy unless weather makes travel unsafe.
